Designing for Human Nature
Human behavior flows in natural, non-linear ways. My goal is to understand users' existing mental models, behaviors, and workarounds, so I can design systems that actually improve user experiences.
I do this through a combination of user testing and data analysis. Quantitative metrics like KPIs give a window into existing patterns of behavior, while real conversations with users can uncover the why behind those patterns.
