Streamlining the restaurant inventory process through mobile redesign

Simplifying restaurant inventory management through optical character recognition (OCR).

I led the redesign of the optical character recognition (OCR) feature for Crunchtime's Inventory Mobile App. Over the course of a few weeks, I interviewed users at on-site user research sessions, analyzed quantitative data through Sigma and Pendo, simplified the user flow and visual design, and iterated on feedback to create a more intuitive experience for restaurant managers across the country.
